Dispatch Assistant - Full Time

The Silver Collective is seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to join our dispatch team. Pack and send orders daily to domestic and international customers as well as stock transfers to boutique locations. This role is based in St Peters.

An overview of this role:

  • Pick and pack online orders.
  • Dispatch daily orders to domestic and International customers.
  • Work to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Continual quality control of all pieces prior to packing and shipping.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels with weekly stock counts.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments within the business to ensure clear lines of communication and high levels of productivity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a Dispatch or Retail role. 
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Be physically capable of being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong problem solving ability
  • Highly flexible, adaptable and decisive. Able to react quickly to issues which arise
  • Willingness to provide hands-on support to the team on a day to day basis to help meet store and customer needs.
